Overview

The very wealthy familes of SAELIG will often be seen living in a homestead. These homes offer more beds, bigger living quarters, and can be upgraded with a much larger garden. Having more beds means you can have more of your family sleeping at the same time. This is good to ensure the entire family is well rested.

Fireplace	600	A small fire in your house that keeps you warm during the winter months.
Loft	1800	Adds 5 extra storage slots.
Nice Beds	1600	​High quality beds with plenty of room. Adds the Well Rested buff when slept in.
Fence	1000	Building a fence around your house will make it harder for thieves to break in.
High Quality Wattle and Daub	4000	Coat your walls with a much higher quality wattle and daub with better fire resistant qualities.
Butcher's Table	300	Allows you to butcher carcasses at home.
Tanning Rack	300	Allows you to turn hide into leather at home.
Garden	2200	Plant a garden around your homestead to allow you and your family to harvest fruit, vegetables, and eggs all year round.
Well	2000	A small well that provides quick access to water in case of fire.
